Features:
Only carefully selected ingredients from certified organic farming are used for Naturata Plant Brew Grain Coffee Oat & Matcha. The grains come from farmers in Germany, while chicory, acorns and figs are cultivated in Europe and Turkey. Finely ground organic matcha, from Kagoshima in Japan, gives the drink its characteristic subtly bitter green tea note.
Thanks to the special production process, the grain coffee contained in the product is gluten-free. The individual ingredients for the grain coffee are first partially malted, gently roasted, coarsely ground and then extracted. The gluten-containing components remain in the filter during this process. To ensure consistently high quality, regular analyses are carried out the gluten content always remains below the detection limit.
The soluble grain coffee powder is then homogeneously blended with gluten-free oat drink powder, matcha green tea powder and whole cane sugar. The result is a creamy, mild organic drink with a modern character and a delicate crema.
The purely plant-based recipe is ideal for a vegan diet.

Production
Naturata Plant Brew Grain Coffee Oat & Matcha is produced by a traditional Swiss family business. The careful processing of the high-quality organic ingredients creates an especially mild and balanced flavour experience.
The raw materials for the grain coffee are first roasted separately so that each ingredient can fully develop its individual aroma. Depending on the raw material, roasting temperatures range between 150 °C and 200 °C. Determining the perfect roasting point requires extensive experience and craftsmanship.
The roasted ingredients are then coarsely ground, blended and gently extracted with hot water using the counter-current principle. The resulting extract is then spray-dried to create an instant powder. This produces fine soluble grain coffee powder with its characteristic mild aroma and delicate crema.
In the final processing step, the instant powder is homogeneously blended with gluten-free oat drink powder, matcha green tea powder and whole cane sugar before being filled. No additives are used in the process.
Tips for preparation
According to taste, take 1-2 teaspoons (approx. 10 g) per cup, pour with 200 ml of hot water and stir - ready!
