Only carefully selected ingredients from certified organic farming are used for Naturata Plant Brew Pumpkin Spice. The grains used come from farmers in Germany, while chicory, acorns and figs are cultivated in Europe and Turkey. Finely balanced spices such as cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice combined with aromatic pumpkin powder create the characteristic spicy pumpkin spice flavour.
Thanks to the special production process, the grain coffee contained in the product is gluten-free. The individual ingredients are first partially malted, gently roasted, coarsely ground and then extracted. The gluten-containing components remain in the filter during this process. Regular analyses ensure that the gluten content always remains below the detection limit.
The soluble grain coffee powder is then homogeneously blended with gluten-free oat drink powder, pumpkin powder, spices and whole cane sugar. The result is a creamy, mild organic drink with harmonious sweetness and a delicately spiced character.
The recipe is entirely plant-based, caffeine-free and ideal for a vegan diet.

Production
Naturata Plant Brew Pumpkin Spice is produced by a traditional Swiss family business. The careful processing of the high-quality organic ingredients creates an especially mild and balanced flavour experience with a delicate crema.
The raw materials for the grain coffee are first roasted separately so that each ingredient can fully develop its individual aroma. Depending on the raw material, roasting temperatures range between 150 °C and 200 °C. Determining the perfect roasting point requires extensive experience and craftsmanship.
After roasting, the ingredients are coarsely ground, blended and gently extracted with hot water using the counter-current principle. The resulting extract is then spray-dried to create an instant powder. This produces fine soluble grain coffee powder with its mild aroma and characteristic crema.
In the final processing step, the instant powder is homogeneously blended with gluten-free oat drink powder, pumpkin powder, spices and whole cane sugar before being filled. No additives are used in the process.
Tips for preparation
According to taste, take 2-3 teaspoons (approx. 8 g) per cup, pour with 200 ml of hot water and stir - ready!
Naturata Plant Brew Pumpkin Spice is especially delicious as a warm hot drink or creamy pumpkin spice latte. The beverage powder also adds a refined sweet and spicy touch to desserts, cakes, overnight oats or winter-inspired recipes.
